President's term is 5 yearsLegislative bills and other bills submitted to the National Assembly shall not be discarded for reasons not resolved during the session. However, this is not the case when the term of office of a member of the National Assembly has expired. Compulsory education is freeThe State has the duty to examine the petition. The President is the head of state and represents the country to foreign countries. The provisions of this Constitution concerning the term of office or restrictions on reappointment of public officials shall apply from the time the public official is first elected or appointed under this Constitution.
